Can I place my order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders at this time. 

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

 Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can’t change or cancel your order, but contact us at support@scdirect.co or 1-800-705-3171 and we’ll do our best to help.

 

How will I know if the StageCoach received my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation number and a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed.
Due to increased order volume and heightened safety measures in our distribution centers, shipments may be delayed. We’re working to get your order to you as soon as possible and will email your tracking number as soon as it ships. Thank you for your patience and for shopping @theCoach.

 

What do I do if I have a question about my order?
We welcome your inquiries. Contact Customer Care by opening a ticket in your account portal if you are a registered user.  If you are ordering as a guest on the StageCoach, send your inquiry to support@scdirect.co  directly or use our contact center

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ApplePay, AmazonPay, and StageCoach gift cards. For questions about payment,  open a ticket through our contact center or call us at 1-800-705-3171.

Our orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours from time of receipt and payment confirmation.  

Orders are normally shipped “Standard Shipping Method” arriving in 5-9 business days from the date you originally placed your order.

For faster service, you can choose from quicker shipping options. When checking out of your shopping cart, you can change the shipping selection to Ground shipping method – which arrives in 3-6 business days, or “Priority” – which arrives in 2-3 business days, or “Express” – which arrives in 1-2  business days. When selecting any of these options, our shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number for quick reference and your convenience.

Your Order Confirmation will include the order number associated with your order.  Once your order is complete the Order Confirmation will automatically be sent to you.

Shoppers will automatically receive an email when their order is shipped. This email will provide necessary tracking information.

Registered shoppers can also view the tracking information for their orders online by logging into their Account and visiting the Order History page. Registration is quick and easy and can be completed either during the checkout process or directly from the home page of the website.

Non-registered shoppers can open a ticket at our contact center or call customer care toll-free at 800-705-3171 x 801.

You are able to submit a review on each product page.  Click on the Reviews tab of the product you purchased to enter your feedback.
