Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchased items here @theCoach. However, if any item in your order is defective we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price within 10 calendar days of your order. Purchases returned by mail must be in new or unused condition. Any customized or engraved item cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return your items:
- A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please open a ticket or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return authorization. Indicate the style number, defect, and invoice/order number in your request.
- Return any defective items back to us in its’ original condition and packaging with original tags along with a copy of your original invoice, note the RA # on the outside of the parcel. Please choose return packaging that will protect the merchandise so as not to incur any further damage. SCDirect is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. RA numbers must be used within 5 days of the issue date, we will not reissue RA numbers.
- SCDirect will issue a refund or credit for items once received in new or unused condition to the same payment method purchased, allow 5-7 days processing once received.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days of the order date on your invoice/order.
- Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Tarnish is not a defect.
- For any return that does not follow these guidelines, SCDirect reserves the right to charge a return service fee or 15%+ restocking fee.
- Special order merchandise is not returnable. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
- International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.
- Refunds/credits are granted at the discretion of StageCoach Direct. Unauthorized returns or merchandise that is outside the reason for return may be returned to the SCDirect at the customer’s expense.
